With today's injection molding machine there is greater control over
the molding process. But these machines need to be properly maintained
and taken care of to achieve this level of control.

  
 
     
     
 
  • Participants learn to do a variety of tests to see how the injection molding machine is performing and if there is any inconsistencies in the machine’s functions. Machine issues can then be repaired to give you a more consistent and repeatable process.
  
 
  • There are 5 Tests ZIPPS has the students do on the molding machine.  (Machine time will be necessary for this portion of the training)
