James is currently working as a Process Engineer / Consultant for
ZIPPS LLC. James has fifteen years experience in the injection molding industry where he has held various positions such as Setup Technician, Molding Supervisor, Process Engineer and Molding Manager. James has lead Kaizen teams for continuous improvement, he has also implemented lean principles for some Fortune 500 companies. James is certified in Paulson training program and also Quality Control/SPC. James also has experienced working with and developing decouple three processes for automotive injection molding tools. His experience with launching new programs for the Automotive Industry with Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers along with his other experience has made him a valuable Employee for ZIPPS LLC.
