The training received has improved the efficiency and understanding of processing conditions within our plant. We went from having no processing knowledge and a new plant start up to an average 85% efficiency and implementing cavity pressure Control Technology in less than 8 months. The ability to adapt training to our current needs, and the instructor’s interest in the problems encountered within our plant was a great asset to our company.
