Course deals
with the implementation of cavity
pressure and what the
plastic pressures are that we see in
the injection mold. It also covers
how to understand and then to
utilize these pressures in the
control
of our molding process to achieve a
faster cycle time, lower part
weight, less scrap, and ultimately a
more robust and repeatable process

|
- Learn to dial in a
Decouple 2 process to obtain a
peak post gate transfer cavity
pressure.
|
|
|
|
- Students will set up a
Decouple 3 molding process
controlling from the plastics
point of view.
